5. Shipping and Delivery

We will arrange for the shipment of the products to you. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout. Risk of loss and title for items purchased from pragus.in pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

The seat of the arbitration shall be Tirupur, Tamil Nadu, India. The language of the arbitration shall be English.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
