1. Our 14-Day Return Window
You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return for both defective and non-defective products. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the conditions outlined below.
2. Eligibility for Return (Defective & Non-Defective Products)
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

Within the 14-Day Return Window: The return request must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

In its original condition (for non-defective returns): The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition that you received it.

In original packaging: It must be in the original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and free gifts that came with it.
We accept returns for the following reasons:

Defective Product: If the product is not functioning correctly, has a manufacturing defect, arrived physically damaged during transit, or has missing parts/accessories.

Non-Defective Product (e.g., Change of Mind): If you simply changed your mind, no longer need the product, or ordered the wrong item.
We generally DO NOT accept returns for:

Products that have been used, altered, or installed (unless defective and within warranty, if any, provided by the manufacturer).

Products without their original packaging, accessories, or free gifts (unless defective and deemed non-critical by AARUSHI).

3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Clear photographs or a short video showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item (if applicable).

Your preference: Refund or Exchange (for eligible items).
Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps, including providing a Return Authorization if your return is approved. Please do not send the product back to us without prior authorization.
4. Return Shipping Costs

We Bear the Cost: For eligible returns due to damaged, defective, missing parts, or wrong product received (i.e., issues caused by us or the product itself), AARUSHI will cover the return shipping cost. We will either arrange a reverse pickup from your address or reimburse reasonable shipping costs incurred by you upon proof of shipping.

Customer Bears the Cost: If the return is for a non-defective product (e.g., change of mind, ordered wrong item), the customer will be responsible for bearing the return shipping costs. The product must still meet the eligibility criteria in Section 2.
5. Refunds
Once your returned item is received at our facility and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refund Method:

For prepaid orders (credit card, debit card, net banking, UPI, wallets), the refund will be credited back to the original payment method.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be processed via bank transfer to your provided bank account details.

Bank Processing Time: Please note that it may take an additional 3-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your bank account or statement, depending on your bank's policies.
6. Exchanges
If you requested an exchange for an eligible item, once your return is approved and the item is received and inspected, we will dispatch the replacement product to you. The shipping costs for the exchange will follow the same rules as return shipping costs (Section 4).
7. Non-Returnable Items
Please note that certain types of items may be non-returnable. This includes (but is not limited to):

Downloaded software products.

Certain health and personal care items (if applicable to your future product range and clearly marked as non-returnable on the product page).

Any product not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error (for non-defective returns).
