Q1: What kind of products do you sell on pragus.in? A1: We specialize in a wide range of electronic accessories, including mobile accessories, mobile spare parts, smartwatch accessories, headphone accessories, video game accessories, smartwatches, and other related gadgets.

Q2: How does your business model work? Why are delivery times longer? A2: We operate on an "Import Against Orders" model. This means that when you place an order, we procure the product directly from our international suppliers. This allows us to offer a wider and more unique selection of products. Due to international shipping and customs clearance, our delivery times are typically 18-20 business days.

Q3: Are the products genuine/original? A3: We source our products from trusted international suppliers. While we do not manufacture the products ourselves, we aim to provide high-quality items. Product authenticity generally refers to the brand of the item (e.g., if you buy a specific brand, it will be that brand's product).

Q4: Do you offer any warranty on the products? A4: No, AARUSHI (pragus.in) does not offer any warranty on the products sold. Any warranty for the product, if available, is provided solely by the original manufacturer. For warranty claims beyond our 14-day return window for defective products, you would need to contact the manufacturer directly.

Ordering & Payments

Q5: How do I place an order on pragus.in? A5: Ordering from pragus.in is simple! Just follow these steps:

  1. Browse Products: Explore our wide range of products using categories or the search bar.

  2. Add to Cart: Click on the product you wish to buy and then click the "Add to Cart" button. You can continue shopping or proceed to checkout.

  3. View Cart & Checkout: Once you're done shopping, click on the shopping cart icon and then "Proceed to Checkout."

  4. Enter Details: Provide your accurate shipping address, contact information, and any other required details.

  5. Select Payment Method: Choose your preferred payment option (e.g., credit/debit card, Net Banking, UPI, Wallets, or Cash on Delivery).

  6. Review & Confirm: Review your order summary, including products, shipping address, and total amount. Click "Place Order" or "Confirm Order" to complete your purchase. You will receive an order confirmation email shortly after.

Shipping & Delivery

Q10: How long will it take to receive my order? A10: Orders are typically processed within 2 business days. Due to our import-against-order model, the estimated delivery time is 18-20 business days (from the date of your order confirmation).

Q11: How can I track my order? A11: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package in real-time.

Q12: Do you ship internationally? A12: No, currently, we only ship to serviceable pin codes within India. We do not offer international shipping.

Q13: Will I have to pay any customs duties or taxes? A13: No, you will not be charged any additional customs duties or import taxes upon delivery. AARUSHI handles all import duties, customs clearance, and associated taxes. The price you see on our website is the final price you pay.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Q14: What is your return policy? A14: We offer a 14-calendar day return window from the date you receive your order. We accept returns for both defective products (damaged, faulty, wrong item, missing parts) and non-defective products (e.g., change of mind). Items must generally be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Q15: Who pays for return shipping? A15:

  • We bear the cost if the return is due to a defective product (damaged, defective, missing parts, or wrong product received).

  • The customer bears the cost if the return is for a non-defective product (e.g., change of mind, ordered wrong item).

Q16: How do I initiate a return or exchange? A16: Please contact our Customer Support team at support@pragus.in or +91 9787723306 within 14 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process.

Q17: How long does it take to process a refund? A17: Once your returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be initiated within 3 business days from the date of approval. The actual credit to your account may take an additional 3-7 business days, depending on your bank.

Q18: Do you offer exchanges? A18: Yes, we do offer exchanges for eligible items. Once your return for an exchange is approved, we will dispatch the replacement product to you. Return shipping costs for exchanges follow the same rules as refunds (see Q15).
