1. Order Processing Time

  • Handling Time: This is the time it takes for us to prepare your order for shipment after it has been placed. Our handling time is typically 2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).

  • Order Cut-Off Time: Our daily order cut-off time is 2:00 PM (IST).

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM (IST) will begin processing on the same business day.

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM (IST) will begin processing on the next business day.

  • Once processing is complete, your order will be dispatched. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking details at that time.

2. Shipping Method & Delivery Time

Given our "Import Against Orders" business model, where products are sourced directly from international suppliers after your order is placed, our delivery times are longer than for locally stocked items.

  • Standard Shipping: We offer a single standard shipping method for all orders.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: Please allow 18-20 business days for your order to be delivered from the date of your order confirmation. This timeframe accounts for:

    • International transit from our suppliers.

    • Customs clearance procedures in India.

    • Final delivery by our domestic courier partners to your specified address.

Please note: Delivery to remote areas or during unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, major public holidays, customs delays) may occasionally take longer. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Free Shipping: We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders across India. There are no hidden shipping charges or additional costs.

4. Shipping Destinations

  • We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes across India only.

  • We do not currently offer international shipping.

  • We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email. This email will include your tracking number(s) and a link to our courier partner's website or a dedicated tracking page.

  • You can use this tracking number to monitor the real-time status and estimated delivery date of your package.

6. Delivery Attempts & Unsuccessful Delivery

  • Our courier partners typically make multiple attempts to deliver your order.

  • If delivery is unsuccessful after multiple attempts, or if the package is refused, it may be returned to our facility. In such cases, the customer may be responsible for re-shipping charges, or a refund (minus any applicable shipping costs) may be processed as per our Return & Refund Policy.

  • Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate and complete at the time of placing your order to avoid delivery delays or issues.

7. Customs & Duties

  • As all our products are imported, AARUSHI is responsible for handling all import duties, customs clearance, and associated taxes.

  • The price you see on our website is the final price you pay. You will not be charged any additional customs duties or import taxes upon delivery.
