To maintain our quality standards, we only accept returns for products that arrive damaged or defective.

Return Window: You must initiate a return request within 14 calendar days of receiving your delivery.

Condition: Items must be in their original packaging, including all parts, manuals, and accessories.
2. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are only provided for damaged or defective items. If you receive a product that is non-functional or physically damaged, we will arrange for a replacement of the same item. If the item is out of stock, a refund will be processed as per the terms below.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return or exchange:

Once approved, we will arrange a pickup through our delivery partners (Delhivery, India Post, Ekart, DTDC, or Xpressbees).
4. Refund Processing
Once we receive the returned item and inspect it at our facility in Tiruppur:

Processing Time: Your refund will be processed within 2 business days.

Refund Method: The refund will be credited back to your original payment method (Bank Account/UPI/Card).

Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees for damaged or defective returns.
5. Non-Returnable Situations
We cannot accept returns or provide refunds in the following cases:

"Change of mind" or "Item not liked" (returns are strictly for damage/defects).

Items damaged due to misuse, improper setup, or electrical surges.

Requests made after the 14-day return window has expired.
