• Import Duties: Since we operate an import-on-demand model, the final price at checkout includes all import duties and customs clearances. You will not be asked to pay any additional amount upon delivery.

4. Payment Failures

In case of a payment failure, please check:

1. If the details (Card number, Expiry, CVV) were entered correctly.

2. If your bank has authorized international or high-value online transactions.

3. If your internet connection was stable during the OTP process. If your account is debited but you do not receive an order confirmation, the amount is usually refunded automatically by your bank within 5-7 business days.
